Madison’s love for Pilates started with her background as a ballet dancer. She stopped dancing after high school, but the need to move never left, and Pilates became her happy place. It’s the perfect mix of creativity, control, strength, and full body movement, and somehow it manages to feel both challenging and genuinely fun.
She’s also a total community girl at heart. From leading teams in project management to singing with the worship team at her local church, Maddy loves being around people and bringing good energy into a space. That’s a big reason she fell in love with Pilates, it’s not just a workout, it’s a whole vibe, and the community is everything.
Her classes are creative, athletic, and super intentional. You’ll start slow and controlled, then build to a little spicy as you go. Expect strong core work, feel good movement, and lots of encouragement along the way. Maddy wants you walking out feeling strong, accomplished, and like, wow… I really did that.
