Hey there, I’m Sydney! My Pilates journey kicked off in 2018 when my mom dove into Pilates during her recovery from a car accident. Once she started teacher training, I became her go-to “guinea pig,” and let’s just say, I was hooked from the very first teaser!

As a lifelong athlete (water polo and swimming were my jam!), I was on the hunt for something low-impact that still made me feel strong, powerful, and totally energized. Pilates checked every box and I’ve never looked back.

Now, I get to bring that same love into the studio, helping clients of all levels feel amazing in their own bodies. My favorite part? Watching someone leave class taller, stronger, and with that post-Pilates glow.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun, hanging with friends and family, or sneaking in a swim. Pilates has been such a game-changer for me, and I can’t wait to share that energy with you at Prima!
