Mina is a certified Pilates instructor with years of experience and a passion for empowering others through movement. She specializes in reformer-based workouts that enhance flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

Living with scoliosis herself, Mina experienced firsthand how transformative Pilates can be for posture, strength, and feeling good in your body. Her personal journey is what drives her to create a supportive, welcoming environment where clients of all levels feel encouraged and motivated to reach their goals.

One of Mina’s greatest joys is helping people move with ease, build strength, and feel more at home in their own bodies.
